In the bending state, a certain pressure will be generated between the concrete and the closed rib. The grip of the steel plate is greatly increased. In addition, the centroid of the closed slab is close to the bottom of the slab. Under the condition of the same slab thickness, the internal force arm of the composite slab is the largest, which can resist a larger mid-span positive bending distance. The combined floor slab has a great bearing capacity and can replace all the steel bars at the bottom of the slab under normal circumstances.

• Good fire resistance 

The flat profile is surrounded by concrete because its rib is surrounded by concrete, similar to the steel bar at the bottom of the reinforced concrete floor. It still has enough strength. When the fire resistance design is satisfied, it still has a high bearing capacity without fireproof spraying and refractory reinforcement, which can replace all the steel bars at the bottom of the slab. When the total floor thickness is ≧ 110mm, it can meet the fire resistance limit of 1.5 hours and 2.0 hours.

• Convenient suspension system 

The flat profile is equipped with a card slot at the bottom of the board. With the special two-piece suspension parts, a detachable hanging point can be set at any position on the bottom of the board to avoid pre-embedding or drilling and installation. Welding and other operations provide great convenience and flexibility for the suspension of air-conditioning air ducts, water spray pipes, strong and weak electric bridges, and building flat roofs. Expansion bolts will damage the pipeline in the floor.
