In 2017, we have done several projects, such as mitsubishi plant in Japan, SQC project in venezuela, and sini project in the Middle East, including several residential projects in Europe and southeast Asia that we are currently tracking. The customer's technical requirements are quite high.
For example, we did a project for mitsubishi corporation of Japan earlier this year. The project was located in Japan and the buyer was a domestic joint venture.However, Japanese companies have high requirements on product quality and technology, so this buyer went out of his way to find many manufacturers, but he was not satisfied with the results.
The specific situation is like this. The buyer contacted 9 manufacturers, but was not satisfied with their products and technology. Finally, he found Yang chao on the Internet and asked if he could visit the factory.On that day, the customer flew to and from shandong to our factory. The client was very young. He talked in our meeting room for about an hour and a half and really met me in person.Then we went to discuss some technical problems, including the difficult problems they raised in the project, and we provided him with solutions to solve them.So he said he wanted us to do this project.
Then when he returned, Yang chao quoted a price, which was in addition to our normal market price, plus a technical service fee.The foreign customer doesn't just buy the product, he needs a solution.Our solution includes some nodes of the steel plate itself, and some nodes for several other jobs.At last our quotation, the client signed the contract without any reduction.
From another point of view, being a foreign customer is also based on our positioning, because our positioning is for super high-level projects and some projects with high technical difficulty.Foreign customers pay more attention to the technology, such as whether to skillfully use the American standards and European standards, etc., while many of our domestic enterprises are insufficient in this respect, and we have some advantages in this respect.
